Each preparation makes 6 serves.

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 50 g (approx. 1/3 cup) of Gutsy Gummies powder to 100 mL of water. Stir well until an even texture is achieved.
  2. Add 250 mL of recently boiled, hot water to the bloomed mixture. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into your Silicone Gummy Moulds. Let your creativity shine, try adding your favourite juices or fresh fruits for extra fun and flavour!
  4. Place the filled moulds in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until gummies are fully set.
  5. Pop your gummies out of the moulds and eat them straight from the fridge.

Store Gusty Gummies powder in a cool dry place below 25°C, keep container sealed.

Store prepared Gutsy Gummies in the fridge & consume within 3 days

Gutsy Gummies uses a combination of premium refractance dried fruits and Australian made, plant based, natural flavours. We also use a hint of thaumatin which is a very sweet protein sourced from the katemfe fruit.

Of course you can! Gummies are fun, exciting and healthy treats for everyone! (But don’t you DARE turn your adult one into a fun shape. Boring squares only for adults!)

We suggest treating gummies as you would meat, so generally you wouldn't consume them after a few days of them being properly stored in the fridge.

One preparation of our Gutsy Gummies (which is 50g of powder + 350ml of water) is enough to fill up all three of our dinosaur gummy mould trays (with enough left over to almost fill up two more trays of the same size! So I hope you have more moulds deep in your cupboard somewhere!)

  • The T-rex gummies weigh an average of 7g. So that means one 60g serve would be approximately 8.6 gummies.
  • The Stego gummies weigh an average of 6.5g. So that means one 60g serve is 9.2 gummies.
  • The Bronto gummies weigh an average of 6g. So that means one 60g serve would be approximately 10 gummies.

To simplify that, let’s just say that one serve is the equivalent of 9 Dinos - But have as many as you like.

No sorry! We do not recommend putting Gutsy Gummies in your child’s lunch box. Although this sounds like a super fun idea, your gummy will melt if it gets warm, so it’s best to consume your gummies straight from the fridge.

Great question, we are glad you asked. Gutsy Gummies is mostly made of Gelatin, which is pure protein. Protein is great for tissue building and repair, particularly the amino acid Glutamine, which is a great food for enterocytes (gut cells). It also contains vitamin C which supports connective tissue structure and function.

Yes. Our gummy moulds are made from materials that are FDA approved and LFGB certified, meaning they meet strict international food-safety standards.

Simply wash with warm soapy water after use, or place them in the dishwasher (top rack recommended). Make sure they are completely dry before storing.

Yes, our silicone moulds are dishwasher safe. For best results and longevity, we recommend placing them on the top rack.
