Standard Shipping:
- FREE on orders over $89
- $7 on orders between $50 – $88.99
- $9.99 on orders under $50
- $5 on orders over $89
- $9.99 on orders between $50 – $89
- $14.99 on orders under $50
All orders (except for USA, New Zealand and Australia) are charged shipping based on location and weight. Add products to cart, enter your address and the shipping cost will dynamically display in checkout.
Depending on your location, you may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the international shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them in your home country. Nutra Organics cannot advise of these charges as they are determined by the courier and taxation laws in your delivery country.
Due to International laws, Nutra Organics states the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. We will send an itemised invoice along with your order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.
Nutra Organics will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Nutra Organics takes great pride in shipping to you in the safest and most timely option available. It’s important to us that you receive your goods quickly and safely, so that the quality that we work so hard to achieve is maintained and you are able to enjoy your goods as soon as possible.

DELIVERY
Signature on delivery is required for all parcels. If the delivery address is unattended or someone is unable to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left with instructions for you to have your parcel redelivered or to collect your parcel from your nearest authorised center.
