Thaumatin is a very sweet protein sourced from the katemfe fruit. Carob is a naturally earthy and sweet legume. The combination of these ingredients provides a smooth, well-rounded sweetness that compliments the cocoa without the need for refined sugar or the bitter aftertaste of other natural sweeteners. Our Collagen Hot Chocolate has 0.4g of sugar per serve, so it a great low sugar indulgence.
