  • ¼ cup Natural Gelatin
  • 2 tsp Super Greens + Reds
  • ½ cup water
  • 7.44 fl oz good quality apple juice (or freshly juiced)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup mint, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp honey
  1. Bloom gelatin in water.
  2. In a blender or nutri bullet add apple juice, lemon, mint, honey and Super Greens + Reds. Blend until the mint has become emulsified.
  3. Add to a small pot and heat until warm.
  4. Add in the gelatin and stir through until gelatin is melted.
  5. Pour into moulds and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
