  • 3 tbsp Collagen Beauty Unflavoured
  • 2 cups greek or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1.8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped 
  • 4.5 ounces blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  1. Mix together yoghurt and honey until well combined.
  2. Mix together Collagen Beauty and water until dissolved.
  3. Pour onto a tray lined with paper and spread to an even thickness. 
  4. Sprinkle with toppings and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Snap the bark into shards and keep in the freezer
