Why does everyone invite ice cream to the party? It’s cool and calm, that’s why. Well this one is anyway! We’ve created the ultimate healthified version of Bubblegum Ice Cream that features Captain Calm and Berry Immune for some soothing from

magnesium, vitamin D, B vitamins, passionflower, lemon balm and chamomile. Yum yum!

  1. Use either a glass mixing bowl or metal baking dish.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together using hand beaters or preferred mixing appliance.
  3. Freeze for 90 mins, remove and hand mix again, make sure you scrape down the sides.
  4. Freeze again for 45 mins and mix the mixture again.
  5. Repeat for another 2 (or 3) 30 min intervals until you get an ice cream consistency.
  6. Take out of the freezer for 10 minutes before you enjoy, or transfer into smaller canisters for individual serves.
