Whoever created this Viral High Protein Beef Bowl knew exactly what they were doing, and we reckon we’ve made it even better. Yes, we’ve got the OG cottage cheese, avocado and sweet potato, but our little twist is that the juicy beef is simmered in Beef Bone Broth Concentrate. We’re talking more flavor, more health perks and don’t worry, we didn’t forget the hot honey drizzle. This bowl will have you fully satisfied and definitely meets expectations.

  • 1 large sweet potato, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 28 oz ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Beef Bone Broth Concentrate Native Herbs 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 avocados, halved and sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with baking paper. Add the sweet potato, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Mix to combine, then bake for 25–30 minutes, or until soft and caramelized.
  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil and the ground beef to the pan over high heat, and cook until browned.
  • Reduce heat to medium, add the beef bone broth and spices, mix to combine, and cook for another couple of minutes to cook the spices.
  • Divide the sweet potato, ground beef, cottage cheese, avocado, and baby spinach between bowls.
  • Drizzle over honey and sprinkle with chili flakes.
