Super Gut Yoghurt Bowl

Trust your gut! This is the breakfast you make when you want something beautiful, boujee and better for your health. Inspired always by @helenhtaylor, this dish combines creamy Greek yoghurt with nutty almond butter, crunchy pistachios, and a quick chia jam that brings fibre, healthy fats, and natural sweetness to the party. We’ve also added Super Gut for a fibre boost, making it the perfect breakfast for easy digestion and a balanced microbiome that will quickly become your new feel good ritual.

  • 1 cup berries (we used raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Super Gut 
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ cup pistachios, chopped
  1. Add berries, chia seeds, honey and water to a small saucepan. Cook on a medium heat 3–5 minutes, just until they burst. Remove from heat & mash together. 
  2. Add yogurt to a bowl, sprinkle over Super Gut  and ripple through.
  3. Top with chia jam, sliced banana, almond butter and pistachios.
