Matcha Dipped Strawberries

Strawberry Matcha has been having its moment and we don’t think it’s going anywhere! So we took it back to basics with juicy strawberries dipped in creamy white chocolate infused with Collagen Matcha Latte, giving you an antioxidant boost, skin support, and great flavor. They look fancy, taste even better, and come together without breaking a sweat.

  • 1 punnet (approx. 8 oz) of strawberries
  • 6.35 oz white chocolate 
  • 2 tbsp Collagen Matcha Latte
  • Mini cupcake liners 
  • Piping bag (optional)
  1. Melt white chocolate over a double boiler. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Separate out ¼ of the white chocolate into a piping bag.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of matcha to the remaining  white chocolate and mix to combine.
  4. Dip in the strawberries one at a time allowing the excess to drip off. 
  5. Rest on mini cupcake liners and place them on a plate, refrigerate for 20 minutes
  6. Then pipe over the remaining white chocolate. Place in the fridge to chill for about 10 minutes or until hardened.
