Inside is a gummy-soft centre made with Gutsy Gummies and cream cheese - a gut-loving surprise wrapped in rich, dark chocolate. Sweet and delicious, these are guaranteed to cause a stir at your next hunt.

  • Melt chocolate using a double boiler method (a small heatproof bowl placed on top of a small saucepan with about an inch of boiling water).
  • Pour about a tablespoon of chocolate into each mold, ensuring the inside is fully covered. Tip out any excess chocolate that pools. Place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
  • When the chocolate molds are set, add your choice of Gutsy Gummies and 3.4 oz of water to a bowl. Mix to hydrate the gummy mixture, then add 5.1 oz of boiling water and the cream cheese. Whisk hard until you have an even consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into a small vessel with a spout and pour a few teaspoons into the gummy molds, leaving a couple of millimeters to top with chocolate.
  • Pop into the fridge for 10 minutes for the gummy center to set.
  • Then add the remaining melted chocolate and set in the fridge for 1 hour or until hardened.
