  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Lemon Paprika
  • 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 4 lemons, cut into slices
  • 3.5 oz butter, divided into chunks
  • 3.3-4.4 lb piece of salmon (pin boned & skin removed) OR for individual fillets, 7 oz per portion per person
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • ⅓ cup dill, chopped
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. 
  2. Mix together olive oil, Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Lemon Paprika and garlic in a small bowl. 
  3. Lay the lemon slices in a large baking tray, add the butter over the lemons, then lay over the salmon.
  4. Brush the broth mixture onto the salmon.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the oven to grill/broil on the highest heat, then continue cooking for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Serve on the tray. Spoon over the butter from the pan, and scatter over herbs.
