Air Fryer Crispy Kale & Broccoli

Please don’t kale our vibe. This one’s inspired by the brilliant @PinchOfYum and it’s giving serious snack goals. Kale and broccoli get air-fried to crunchy perfection, then levelled up with our Hearty Beef Bone Broth for that salty, savoury, gut-loving finish. It’s one of those recipes that makes you forget you're eating veggies until they’re gone.

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cups kale (torn into bite size pieces)
  • Flaked Almonds 
  • 1 tbsp Beef Bone Broth Hearty Original 
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of water
  • Lemon wedges to serve
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and massage through. 
  • Set your air fryer to 350 F, then add an even layer into the basket or tray. 
  • Bake for 5 minutes, then turn over, bake for another 2-3 minutes or until crispy, checking it doesn’t burn.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients for smaller air fryers.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
