  • 2-3 large multicoloured heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 fresh burrata
  • 1 tbsp baby capers
  • 2 tbsp basil leaves, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Garden Herb
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt 
  • Pinch of cracked black pepper
  1. Cut the whole tomatoes into ⅜ inch slices (from the stem end down)
  2. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, Chicken Bone Broth Garden Herb, salt and pepper on a serving platter. 
  3. Arrange tomatoes on the plate and add capers.
  4. Arrange the burrata on top of the tomatoes.
  5. Finish with the dressing and scatter with fresh herbs.
